AI Week Milan
We spent a week in Milan across more than 25 sessions exploring how AI is shifting from technological possibility to practical implementation. One conclusion stood out: the moat is not the model. The winners will be those that own proprietary data, control critical workflows, and embed AI into operations in a way that changes how decisions are actually made. Software platforms that serve as systems of record should see their moats deepen as AI becomes an operating layer rather than a standalone tool.
